Arlington VA. (November 7, 2023) – The Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) TR-42.12 Engineering Committee on Optical Fiber and Cables has initiated a project and ballot to reaffirm ANSI/TIA-455-160-B titled “IEC-60793-1-50 Optical Fibers- Part 1-50: Measurement Methods and Test Procedures- Damp Heat (Steady State)”.
The stakeholders may include but are not limited to: Manufacturing and end users of optical fiber.
TIA is actively seeking participation in this process from the user and general interest communities.
