Arlington VA (October 1, 2025) – The Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) TR-42.7 Engineering Committee on Telecommunications Copper Cabling Systems has issued a ballot and call for comments to reaffirm document ANSI/TIA-568.4-E, initially titled “Broadband Coaxial Cabling and Components Standard”.
TIA is seeking broad input as per the public review announcement in ANSI’s Standards Action for directly and materially affected parties. In addition, we are actively seeking participation in this process from the user and general interest communities.
