Arlington VA (August 16, 2024) – The Telecommunications Industry Association, which develops standards for the information and communications technology industry, has released a new document, ANSI/TIA-455-37-B, FOTP-37 Low or High Temperature Bend Test for Fiber Optic Cable.
ANSI/TIA-455-37-B updates the test standard, i.e. updating of obsolete references, improvement of some descriptions, restructuring of some (sub)clauses, updating of the comparison with the IEC bend test method, etc.
